Warranty
Púkaw Coffee Tools provides a warranty for the items below. Please ensure the original packaging is preserved to be eligible for return and exchange. Personal damage, misuse, and incompatibility with the items are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Rules
- The first warranty issue is eligible for exchange only.
- If the item replaced is still defective and within the warranty period, the customer may be eligible for a return and refund.
Return, Refund, and Exchange
Only considered in the case of defective items and within the warranty period. In case of change of mind, personal damage, misuse, or incompatibility, a return/refund shall not be valid.
To start a return, you may contact us at sales@pukawcoffeetools.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Eligible return shipping fees shall be shouldered by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, and in its complete and original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You may report to us or the courier for any shipment mishandling. For mishandling on the part of the buyer, return/refund/exchange shall not be considered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or other methods of preference. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
