Shipping Policy & Lead Times

 

Púkaw Coffee® Tools uses third-party logistics (Grab Express, LBC, AP Cargo, Payo) for shipping. We reserve the right to select a shipping method that may be more accessible and economical.

Some products are classified as oversized or perishables. Due to their size and weight, they have fixed shipping fees which will be added on top of the original shipping fee. They may also be added on top of each other if oversized and perishables are both in the same cart. 

Pick-ups

Local pickup may be requested (except for CODs) but is subject to approval. We encourage using our own shipping function for a smoother transaction.

Paid Orders

Usually dispatched on the same day to next day (unless shipping advisories are posted). Delivery is subject to courier lead times.

Perishables, Oversized Items, Cash On Delivery (COD)

NCR	2 to 3 business days
Luzon	5 to 10 business days
Visayas	10 to 12 business days
Mindanao	12 to 15 business days
